Incline Labs, LLC ("Incline Labs," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Vision mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our App and related services.

Store Data

Store names and physical addresses
Store configuration and monitoring preferences

Employee Data

Employee names and assigned roles
Activity logs created by the monitoring team during camera review

Alert Data

Security alerts generated by our monitoring team
Screenshots and video clips captured during monitoring sessions
Alert priority levels, timestamps, and descriptions

Device Information

Push notification tokens
Device type and operating system

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Provide monitoring services: To deliver real-time security alerts, employee activity logs, and operations reports through the App
Send push notifications: To notify you of new security alerts, daily reports, and important account updates
Generate operations reports: To compile daily and weekly summaries of store activity, alert trends, and employee performance
Improve service quality: To analyze usage patterns and improve the accuracy and reliability of our monitoring services

3. Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your data seriously and employ industry-standard measures to protect it:

All data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the United States (us-east-1 region)
Data is stored in encrypted databases
All connections between the App and our servers use HTTPS encryption
Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud infrastructure, data storage, and hosting
Expo: Push notification delivery
Apple (App Store): iOS app distribution
Google (Google Play): Android app distribution

These third-party services may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their respective policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active and as needed to provide our services. If you wish to have your data deleted, you may request deletion by contacting us at support@useincline.com. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal data

7. Children's Privacy

Vision is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will notify you through the App and update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
